Arguments

ID for trait 1
id2

ID for trait 2
chrompos

Character of chr:pos1-pos2
type1

Provide "cc" or "quant" to override automatic lookup of trait type for trait 1
type2

Provide "cc" or "quant" to override automatic lookup of trait type for trait 2
